At CHAOS, we keep it transparent.  
We work with 3rd party warehouses in Montreal to store and ship your orders — it keeps things fast and affordable for you. But that means returns and exchanges must follow warehouse policies (with a few non-negotiable rules).

Here’s everything you need to know:

🛍️ Return Eligibility
- Return requests must be made within 28 days of the purchase date.
- Items must be 100% unused: no damage, no wrinkles, no stains, no signs of wear.

We don't offer free returns — shipping and return costs are your responsibility

🔥 How To Start a Return
1. Email us at **chaosinmtl@gmail.com** with:
   - Your name
   - Order number
   - Purchase date
   - Reason for return
   - List of items (model, quantity, color, size)

📦 Packing & Shipping Instructions
- Pack your items in a clean, solid box.
- Place a paper inside with your RMA# and PO# written on it.
- Write the RMA# and PO# clearly on the outside of the package (use a black marker).
- Only ship via Purolator, UPS, or FedEx — No Canada Post.
- You must provide us with the shipment tracking number.

⚡ Important Notes
- Damage or loss during return shipping = No refund.
- If your return is worn, washed, damaged, altered, or wrinkled, the return will be denied.
- Denied returns are donated to charity — no pickups or returns back to you.
- Warehouse inspection: 5–7 days after they receive your package.
- Approved refunds: processed within 3–4 days after inspection.

Any return done in bad faith?  
You’ll be banned from future purchases — forever.
